Postnatal Fitness in Milan is an hour-long fitness class designed to help you take your first steps back into fitness with your new baby. Taught by trainer Lara of WeMamas, this mommy and baby-focused class brings together physical poses, core strength and songs to gently strengthen your body and mind.
This class is a great way to re-strengthen your body after birth, starting from the inside out, while also allowing you to bond with your newborn in a positive environment where you can relax, share experiences and find support from other moms. Depending on your own fitness level and your baby, different variations of the exercises will be offered so you will be able to find what’s right for you.

*No previous experience is necessary, however students are asked to check with their doctors prior to enrolling for class to ensure they are physically ready to participate in a fitness class.
