Postnatal Yoga and Fitness in Milan is an hour-long yoga and fitness class designed to share the joy of yoga and the first steps back into fitness with your new baby. Inspired by Hatha Vinyasa yoga, this mommy and baby-focused class brings together physical poses, core strength and songs to gently strengthen your body and mind.
Yoga is a great way to re-strengthen your body after birth, starting from the inside out, while also allowing you to bond with your newborn in a positive environment where you can relax, share experiences and find support from other moms. Depending on your own fitness level and your baby, different variations of the exercises will be offered so you will be able to find what’s right for you.

*No previous yoga experience is necessary, however students are asked to check with their doctors prior to enrolling for class to ensure they are physically ready to participate in a yoga class.
