Kids Yoga is a new fun course with a simple goal: to offer little ones an opportunity to play and explore movements with their body and at the same time learn breathing techniques and relaxation.
Yoga offers many benefits for children: it helps them to discover ways to relax and helps to improve physical and mental coordination.
The course is not a regular yoga class; every session is full of stories and games that will stimulate your child’s creative side.

Kids Yoga is taught by Kathy Moulton, who also teaches Prenatal Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, Karma Flow Yoga, Family Yoga in Milan with Kalila Community. Kathy received her certification from YogaCampus in London, England after completing a training program taught by world-renowned pregnancy yoga teacher Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
